Henny Penny 600 Pressure Fryer Gas Chicken Broaster!

Henny Penny 600 Pressure Fryer Gas Chicken Broaster! Video Clips.

Up for auction today, we have this HENNY PENNY 600 pressure cooker. A combination of pressure, heat, and time is automatically controlled to produce the optimum in a tasty, appealing product. Pressure is basic to this method of food preparation. This pressure is developed from the natural moisture of the food. The patented lid traps this moisture and uses it as steam. Because the steam builds rapidly, the greater part of the natural juices are retained within the food. An exclusive deadweight assembly vents excess steam from the pot and maintains constant low, live steam pressure. This unit is 47" tall, 18" wide and 41" from front to back. The cooking well is 18 3/4" deep, 13 3/8" wide and 16" from fron to back. The large fry basket is 13" deep, 13" wide and 8" front to back. The two smaller baskets measure 13" front to back, 6" wide and 6" deep. This would be great for a restaurant, convenience store, or for those big friend and family get togethers! This HENNY PENNY looks nice, BUT we have no way of testing this unit and are selling it "as is" and "untested". This unit may work perfectly or may need repair. Either way, you will be getting a good deal! We have included video on the unit.
